Karis began her career in dentistry at just 17 years old, starting right here with Dr. Savidge. After gaining over 20 years of experience in the dental field, including many years as a lead dental assistant, she returned to the practice a few years ago and has recently stepped into her new Role as office manager. With her extensive clinical knowledge and firsthand experience in nearly every aspect of the dental office, Karis is passionate about providing quality dental care and helping to create a welcoming experience for both patients and staff. She loves being part of a team that feels like family and takes pride in helping make every patient’s visit a positive one.
Sophie has been a valued part of the Admiralty Dental team for the past three years and currently keeps things moving as our Lead Dental Assistant. She brings a bubbly personality, a great sense of humor, and plenty of positive energy to the office every day. Sophie loves making patients feel comfortable and bringing a little fun to their dental experience. She has a passion for dentistry and hopes to be a hygienist one day. When she’s not busy working, she is spending time with her dog, Stewie or going shopping with her sisters.
Bridget is a dedicated team member with a passion for helping others, she keeps the office running smoothly, organized and on time by coordinating appointments for our multiple providers and welcoming patients with a bright smile. She’s always willing to help and answer any questions a patient may have. Outside of the office, Bridget is a proud mom to her daughter and a diehard Seattle Kraken fan. She loves spending time with her family, cheering on her favorite team, and bringing her upbeat personality to work each day.
Sienna is our Treatment and Insurance coordinator, helping patients navigate treatment plans, insurance coverage, benefits and all the details in between. She brings knowledge, patience and experience, along with a positive attitude and a welcoming personality. On the weekends you can find Sienna slinging coffee at Mean Bean, where she gets to share her friendly smile and love of good coffee with the community. She is always ready to lend a hand, answer a question or brighten someone's day.
Ericka keeps everything running smoothly and keeps everyone running on time. As our Sterile Tech and Hygiene Assistant, she's always behind the scenes making sure our team has what they need and our patients are well taken care of. She brings a great attitude, a helping hand, and plenty of personality to the office every day.
Kaitlin is a warm, compassionate, and dedicated dental hygienist who has a natural way of making every patient feel comfortable and cared for. Her gentle approach, kindness, and genuine love for helping people are just a few of the reasons she is so loved by our patients and our team. Kaitlin travels all the way from Kitsap County to our Admiralty Dental family, and we are so grateful she does! She brings a positive attitude, a caring heart, and a little extra sunshine to the office every day. Her patients appreciate not only the excellent care she provides, but also the time she takes to truly listen and get to know them.
